FINDINGS:
Two frontal images of the chest demonstrate well-expanded lungs. 
 Bilateral pleural effusions are seen.  Previously described scattered
 densities are again noted bilaterally in the lungs.  There is no evidence of
 pneumothorax or other biopsy complication.  The cardiomediastinal silhouette
 is unchanged.  Visualized osseous structures are unremarkable.  Comparison is
 also made to CTA from .

IMPRESSION:
Improved bilateral pleural effusions.  No complication status
 post biopsy.  Otherwise, unchanged chest radiograph.
