FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.   Mild cardiomegaly is noted with
 hilar congestion without overt edema.  Mild left basal atelectasis. No
 convincing evidence for pneumonia.  No large effusion or pneumothorax. 
 Mediastinal contour appears normal though there is mild calcification at the
 aortic knob.  Bony structures are intact.  No free air below the right
 hemidiaphragm.
