FINDINGS:
The inspiratory lung volumes are appropriate. The lungs are clear without
focal consolidation, pleural effusion or pneumothorax. The pulmonary
vasculature is not engorged. The cardiac silhouette is mildly enlarged, which
is unchanged from . Prominence of the right supracardiac mediastinal
contour is likely due to enlargement of the ascending aorta, which is also
stable. The hilar contours are within normal limits. No acute osseous
 abnormality is detected.

IMPRESSION:
1. No acute cardiopulmonary process.
 2. Stable mild cardiomegaly and enlargement of the ascending aorta, unchanged
 from .
