FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.   Lungs are hyperinflated with
 flattened diaphragms suggesting COPD.  Lungs are clear without focal
 consolidation, large effusion or pneumothorax.  Cardiomediastinal silhouette
 appears normal.  Bony structures are intact.  No free air below the right
 hemidiaphragm.

IMPRESSION:
COPD, no superimposed pneumonia.
