The inspiratory lung volumes are appropriate.  The pulmonary vasculature is
 engorged. There is predominantly bibasilar increased interstitial opacities
 consistent with dependent pulmonary edema, which is improved from . There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  The cardiac silhouette is
 top normal in size. The mediastinum remains prominent but stable, likely
 reflecting venous congestion. The hilar contours are within normal limits. No
 acute osseous abnormality is detected.

IMPRESSION:
Mild to moderate pulmonary vascular congestion/interstitial edema without
 pleural effusion, improved from .
