FINDINGS:
Mild to moderate cardiomegaly is present.  Diffuse atherosclerotic
 calcifications are seen within the thoracic aorta.  The mediastinal and hilar
 contours are unremarkable.  Mild upper zone vascular redistribution is present
 along with mild pulmonary vascular engorgement.  No focal consolidation,
 pleural effusion, or pneumothorax is present.  No acute osseous abnormality is
 clearly identified.

IMPRESSION:
Mild pulmonary vascular congestion.
