IMPRESSION:
As compared to the previous radiograph, the patient has been intubated. The
 tip of the endotracheal tube projects approximately 4 cm above the carinal.
 The patient has also received an aortic balloon pump. The tip of the balloon
 pump projects 2-3 mm be low the upper most part of the aortic arch. Finally,
 the patient carries a Swan-Ganz catheter, the tip of the catheter is located
 in the left pulmonary artery.
 The extensive parenchymal opacities, caused by pulmonary edema, are not
 substantially changed in extent and severity. Moderate cardiomegaly persists. 
 No pneumothorax.  No larger pleural effusions.
