FINDINGS:
The lungs are well expanded. Cephalization of the pulmonary vasculature is
 seen without overt pulmonary edema.  There is also an enlarged cardiac
 silhouette.  Slight blunting of the posterior costophrenic angles is seen on
 the lateral view which may be due to trace pleural effusions.

IMPRESSION:
Cephalization of the pulmonary vasculature with enlarged cardiac silhouette. 
 No overt pulmonary edema. Slight blunting of the posterior costophrenic angles
 seen on the lateral view may be due to trace pleural effusions.
