FINDINGS:
In the left mid lung is a 2.9 cm rounded opacity with an air-fluid
 level concerning for a cavitary lesion.  This was no present in the prior
 exam.  The remainder of the lungs are unremarkable.  There is no pneumothorax,
 pleural effusion, or edema.  The cardiomediastinal silhouette is normal.  No
 fracture is visualized.

IMPRESSION:
1.  2.9-cm left-sided cavitary lesion.
 2.  No displaced rib fracture seen.
