FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views the chest were provided.  The heart is top-normal in
 size.  The lungs are clear bilaterally.  No pneumothorax or effusion is seen. 
 No overt signs of pneumonia.  Mild hilar congestion difficult to exclude. 
 Bony structures are intact.  There is a mild pectus excavatum deformity of the
 sternum.

IMPRESSION:
Mild cardiomegaly.  Mild hilar congestion likely present.
