 SINGLE FRONTAL VIEW OF THE CHEST
 
 REASON FOR EXAM:  Fever and elevated white blood count.
 
 The patient is very rotated, limiting the evaluation of the chest x-ray, there
 is no evidence of lung consolidation, pneumothorax or pleural effusion.  NG
 tube tip is out of view below the diaphragm.  Left PICC tip is in the upper
 SVC.  A catheter projecting over the right hemithorax is again noted.
