FINDINGS:
The cardiac, mediastinal and hilar contours appear stable.  There
 is an increasing opacity in the right middle lobe suggesting pneumonia as well
 as an increased left lower lobe opacity that is best depicted on the frontal
 view.  Involvement of the right lower lobe is also possible.  There are no
 definite pleural effusions.  There is no pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
Worsening pneumonia in the left lower lobe and right middle lobe.
