FINDINGS:
Frontal view of the chest demonstrates low lung volumes, which accentuate
 bronchovascular markings.  There is no pleural effusion, focal consolidation
 or pneumothorax.  Bibasilar opacities likely represent atelectasis.  Hilar and
 mediastinal silhouettes are unremarkable.  Heart size is normal.  Left
 internal jugular central venous catheter tip projects over left
 brachiocephalic vein, unchanged.

IMPRESSION:
No evidence of acute cardiopulmonary process.
