FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest.  Again, low lung volumes are
 seen with relative elevation of the right hemidiaphragm which is unchanged. 
 The lungs are clear without effusion, pulmonary vascular congestion or
 pneumothorax.  Again seen are surgical clips in the right paramediastinal
 region.  The cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limits.  No acute
 osseous abnormality is detected.  No free air is seen below the diaphragm.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
