FINDINGS:
PA and lateral chest radiographs were provided. A subtle opacity in
 the medial right lower lobe with obscuration of a portion of the right
 hemidiaphragm may represent an early pneumonia. The left lung is clear. No
 pleural effusion or pneumothorax is present.  The cardiomediastinal silhouette
 is normal.  Multiple clips are noted in the mid abdomen, left upper quadrant
 and right upper quadrant.  Bones are intact.

IMPRESSION:
Subtle right lower lobe opacity may represent early pneumonia.
