FINDINGS:
There is a consolidation in the right lower lobe, consistent with
pneumonia. There is no pleural effusion, pneumothorax or focal airspace
consolidation. The cardiac and mediastinal contours are normal. The left
hilus is unremarkable. There is an abnormal contour to the right hilus,
 indicating some degree of lymphadenopathy.

IMPRESSION:
Right lower lobe pneumonia. Follow-up to resolution in 4 to 6
 weeks is recommended.
