FINDINGS:
The lungs are fully inflated and clear. The cardiomediastinal silhouette,
 hilar contours, and pleural surfaces are normal. There is no pleural effusion
 or pneumothorax. Visualized upper abdomen is unremarkable. There is unchanged
 diffuse osteopenia with some loss of height in the midthoracic vertebral
 bodies.

IMPRESSION:
No evidence of acute cardiopulmonary process.
