so today we're an Oxford and are having
scones clotted cream and jam and the
interesting thing is really the clotted
cream because in America we would
consider this butter but in England it
is clotted cream and it's made by taking
high content a high fat content milk is
boiling it and then skimming the clocks
off the top and refrigerating it
so hence clotted clean and it has sort
of a sweet flavor that is really
Pleasant but it is not good for you in
fact it's been voted one of the 121st
foods for your diet so nonetheless I'm
going to dig in and enjoy
