Abstract: Highlights•A new paradigm for QSM reconstruction without brain extraction, autoQSM, is developed using a deep neural network.•AutoQSM generates the magnetic susceptibility of cortical brain vasculature, spinal cord and cortical nerve tracts of the brain.•High reconstruction speed demonstrates autoQSM’s potential for future real-time QSM processing.
