Identification of senescence related hub genes and potential therapeutic compounds for dilated cardiomyopathy via comprehensive transcriptome analysis

Abstract: Highlights•We first investigated senescence in dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) from the bioinformatics perspective.•Three characteristic genes were identified and a senescence-based nomogram was constructed for DCM diagnosis.•Immune cell infiltration analysis suggested dysregulation of inflammation in DCM.•Molecular docking indicated that chlorogenic acid could directly bind to the active pocket of MME protein.
