Abstract: Highlights•This paper proposes a novel consistent and specific hashing method for ISC that explores intra-set and inter-set properties.•We propose a hashing aggregation strategy that exploits set-consistent hashing codes to aggregate sample-specific hashing codes.•A plentiful of experiments also demonstrate that our method outperforms some comparison methods and running time.
