Abstract: Highlights•This work concerns maximum capture facility location problem with random utilities.•We propose an enhanced implementation of the outer approximation scheme.•We compare our approach with the state-of-the-art method and other nonlinear solvers.•We use three data sets from recent literature.•On large instances, it is faster and solves more instances to optimality.
