Tensor robust PCA with nonconvex and nonlocal regularization

Abstract: Highlights•A nonconvex TRPCA (N-TRPCA) model is proposed for visual data recovery, which can preserve the important information by shrinking tensor singular values differently.•The nonlocal prior is incorporated into N-TRPCA, resulting in a nonconvex and nonlocal TRPCA (NN-TRPCA) model.•An optimization algorithm based on ADMM is presented for solving NN-TRPCA.•Extensive experimental results confirm the superiority of the proposed methods.
