Abstract: Highlights•A novel Intelligent Charging scheme Maximizing the Quality Utility (ICMQU) is proposed for mobile charging.•The proposed ICMQU scheme can improve the quality utility for both single charger and multiple chargers.•Theoretical analysis and extensive simulation results are provided to evaluate the performance of ICMQU scheme.
