Abstract: This brief proposes a centralized dynamic time-varying event-triggered strategy to achieve the consensus control of input constrained multi-agent systems (MASs) with small-scale networks. The Zeno phenomenon is avoided and the corresponding designable minimal inter-event time is given in the established algorithm. Specially, the MIET can be assigned as a bounded constant of arbitrary size which is unrelated the characteristics of the system itself. Numerical simulation shows the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
