Abstract: Highlights•An individual crop evapotranspiration estimation system was developed.•A CNN model for leaf area index estimation was developed using rail-based platform.•A generalized simplified Penman-Monteith evapotranspiration model was configured.•Plant-specific water demand distribution maps were generated.
