Incomplete multi-view clustering via local and global bagging of anchor graphs

Abstract: Highlights•Bagging is exploited to learn robust intact anchor graph and ease difficult anchor selection.•Unstable anchor graphs induced by random anchors can be significantly enhanced with bagging.•Our method outperforms the state-of-the-art methods on six challenging datasets.
