Abstract: Highlights•We proposed a learning-based method L-LWLS to optimize the prolongation operator in AMG.•We propose to learn spatially-varying weights in LWLS and learn to correct the LWLS solution.•The proposed method accelerates the convergence rate of AMG for parameterized PDEs.•The proposed method can generalize to different parameter distributions and problem sizes.
