Abstract: Predicting drug-target interactions (DTIs) plays a pivotal role in accelerating drug repositioning by prioritizing candidate drugs and reducing experimental costs. Despite advancements in deep learning, several challenges still require further exploration, including sparsity and inadequate representation of feature relationships.
