CausalBench Challenge: Differences in Mean Expression

Abstract: In this write-up, we describe our solution to the 2023 CausalBench Challenge. We describe our approaches to preprocessing the data, parameterizations of DCDI and GRNBoost, and modifications to the baseline algorithms.
