Abstract: Highlights•We introduce a lightweight network for remote sensing semantic change detection.•We design a Temporal-Spatial Content-Aware Fusion module for semantic segmentation.•We propose a Multi-Type Temporal Difference-Transform module for change detection.•We achieve more efficient detection performance at less computational cost.
