Abstract: Highlights•We introduce an Anchor Detection and Kernel Reconstruction (ADKR) pipeline.•We propose an Anchor Detection Module (ADM) and a Kernel Reconstruction Module (KRM).•Experimental results reveal ADKR matches or exceeds SOTA methods with 80% FLOPs.
