Abstract: Highlights•We model three resource allocation participants (the resource owners, the resource applicants and the allocation agents) based on the CDA mechanism.•We take the credibility between the media resources and media applicants into considering to improve the successful execution rate.•The agents allocate media resources based on the calculated credibility values to get the optimal allocation sequence.•With the increase of the task number, the CCMRA has better performance than other traditional algorithms.
