Abstract: Highlights•We propose a new self-supervised framework to obtain a re-renderable facial albedo.•We use a coarse albedo generation module to offer a prior for albedo reconstruction.•We devise a novel detailed illumination representation.•We design losses to ensure the reconstructed albedo inherits the prior coarse one.
