DSM: Domain Shift Modeling for general deepfake detection

Abstract: Highlights•A general deepfake detector is proposed by modeling diverse domain shifts.•Some important patches are masked to simulate fewer manipulated artifacts.•Uncertain domain shifts are modeled by feature statistics estimation.•Experiment results indicate the proposed method outperforms the previous arts.
