Abstract: Highlights•Propose a manifold embedding-based evolutionary algorithm for MaOPs with irregular PFs.•Develop an AME (angle-based manifold embedding)-based selection for the proposed MEEA.•Utilize an external archive to retain promising solutions in the evolutionary process.•Experimental results demonstrate that MEEA is a highly effective and competitive algorithm.
