Abstract: Highlights•We propose a new UDCN for domain adaptation of oracle character recognition.•We enhance pseudo-label based consistency to improve the robustness to abrasion.•We design an unsupervised transition loss to achieve inter-class discrimination.•Extensive experiments demonstrate the superiority of our method.
