Extended Guided Filtering for Depth Map Upsampling

Abstract: This extended guided filtering approach for depth map upsampling outperforms other state-of-the-art approaches by using a high-resolution color image as a guide and applying an onion-peeling filtering procedure that exploits local gradient information of depth images.
