Efficient verification for outsourced genome-wide association studies

Abstract: Highlights•Computational integrity in an outsourced task has not been systematically investigated in the context of genomic data analysis.•It is very important for users to ensure their outsourced tasks are corrected computed.•We proposed a highly novel technique for detecting dishonest server operations on outsourced GWAS with theoretical guarantees, and additionally designed an innovative game theory based incentive mechanism to incentivize honest behavior.
