Abstract: Sina-Microblog is the largest social platform in China that plays an important role in public opinion dissemination. Intensive efforts have been made to classify the public events. However, there are no approach that employs a unified model to fuse all the key indices that can be used to describe the characteristics of the public opinion. The work in this paper fills up this gap. Specifically, we propose a clustering model based on the dynamic propagation method which obtains the key indices of each public information and then clusters the results of them. The numerical experiments show the effectiveness of the model that can be used to extract the features of different public opinions.
