Abstract: Highlights•An enhanced multi-scale attention track memory module by incorporating Convolutional Block Attention Module and deformable convolution is developed.•A Kalman-Guided Motion Prediction module is designed to estimate the state of objects in scenarios.•A ReID module incorporating a detail enhancement module is developed, which in turn enables local and global information perception.•A data association strategy incorporating occlusion awareness and cascade matching is designed to further improve the robustness of tracking.
