Abstract: Highlights•We propose an MCI diagnosis framework inspired by pathogenic mechanisms.•Multi-modal data related to MCI progression is fused in this framework.•Intra- and inter-modal relationship is considered to fuse different genetic data.•Imbalanced alignment is proposed for strong-weak multi-modal fusion problem.•We found biomarkers related to the progression of MCI.
