Cross-Layer Design of Automotive Systems

Abstract: This article presents multiple cross-layer methods to ensure security as well as functional correctness of automotive systems. These approaches tie together multiple abstraction layers, going all the way from vehicular networks responsible for vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure communication, to in-vehicle hardware/software architectures.
