Abstract: Highlights•A regularized MSBL algorithm with total variation (RMSBL-TV) is proposed.•Spatial and sparsity information are incorporated into the RMSBL-TV model.•Propose an ADMM method to tackle the optimization problem of the RMSBL-TV model.•We assess the performance of existing methods with the synthetic and real data.
