Fitting the WHOIS Internet data

Abstract: We consider the RIPE WHOIS Internet data as characterized by the Cooperative Association for Internet Data Analysis (CAIDA), and show that the Tempered Preferential Attachment model [1] provides an excellent fit to this data.
