Abstract: Highlights•A challenge of automated prediction of treatment effectiveness in ovarian cancer using the histopathologic images.•The first precision oncology challenge for ovarian cancer treatment held at the MICCAI Conference.•We released two datasets with associated clinical features, including 284 whole section WSIs for training and an independent TMA testing set.•This study provides insights for future research directions and applications in precision oncology to facilitate patient selection via histopathological images.
