Abstract: I will describe current research on AI and Robotics at the PRG group (Perception for Robotics) in the Computer Vision Lab of the University of Maryland at College Park. In particular I will highlight research on active perception in navigation and recognition, as well as approaches in imitation learning (understanding human action from video and imitating it) and robots controlled using natural language (language and robotics)
