Deep learning-based automatic image quality control system for anterior eye segment in slit lamp and smartphone
Abstract: Highlights•A dataset of slit-lamp and smartphone anterior segment images was created, and quality control standards were established.•The anterior segment image quality control system (ACS) effectively aided anterior segment disease detection and diagnosis.•A light-weight model named MobileEye for the classification of anterior eye segment images was developed.•The exceptional performance demonstrated by the ACS proves its suitability for deployment in medical devices and smartphones.
