Abstract: Malignant tumor or cancer is one of serious diseases threatening human health. It is a challenging issue on how to diagnose the malignant tumor earlier and more accurately. A feasible way on cancer diagnosis is efficiently to share and analyze tumor related data. We work on a cyberinfrastructure which presents data sharing and data analysis solutions to reveal the relationship between tumor and gene.
