Abstract: Highlights•A dynamic multi-objective Estimation of Distribution Algorithm is proposed.•The proposed algorithm includes the importance sampling, nonparametric density estimation, and a domain adaptation technique seamlessly unified under an innovative framework.•The design preserves merits of the estimation distribution algorithms and the transfer leaning.•The design overcomes the loss of the diversity of solutions caused by transfer learning.
